WE REGRET TO INFORM OUR MEMBERS AND FRIENDS THAT DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS CAUTIONS, WE HAVE DECIDED TO POSTPONE THIS MEETING AND TOPIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Please come to APRIL MEETING ON MONDAY, APRIL 20th to learn more about this topic and MUCH more!
Roses will be Royalty in Ault Park once again! We look forward to presenting this topic at a future date:
Jim Burkhardt, East Regional Manager of Cincinnati Parks and the Ault Park Garden of Old Roses will share historical information about the gardens and plans for installation of nearly 200 roses in Ault Park this year. The permanent endowment for roses gifted to Ault will bring notorious benefits to Cincinnati Parks! Jim will share old photos of glory days when the roses bloomed in Ault Park and describe what the new garden will be like.
Grandiflora. What is this rose and why pick it over a Hybrid Tea?
Bare Root roses arrive in the mail March through May. What is the best way to prepare them for planting? When is the ideal time? What is the best planting method? Pots or straight into the ground? This demo and round table will answer your questions.
Free and open to the public.
